Murray Supervisor ofR ecords December 30,2016 SPR16/1254 Kerri Ayash City of Fall River- Licensing Board One Government Center, 5th Floor Fall River, MA 02722 Dear Ms. Ayash: I have received the petition of Patrick Higgins appealing the response of the City of Fall River- Licensing Board (City) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66 § 1O (b ); see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(2). Specifically, Mr. Higgins requested "all paperwork filed to open the Boston Market in Fall River, including, but not limited to building permits, applications and licenses to operate, and also every restaurant inspection report from 2005 to present." Having not yet received a response from the City, Mr. Higgins petitioned this office. Subsequent to the intervention by a member of my staff, I was informed that the City plans to provide a response to Mr. Higgins. I will now consider this administrative appeal closed with the proviso that the City provides said response without delay to Mr. Higgins.
