G. L. c. 66 § 1O (b ); see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(2). Specifically, Mr. Saklad requested a "Contract for Stenographic Services." Having not received a response from the City, Mr. Saklad petitioned this office. A member of my staff has contacted your office about this matter. Subsequently, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed with the proviso that the City provides said response without delay to Mr. Saklad. Mr. Saklad may appeal the substantive nature of the City's response with ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(2).
