Arsenault appealing the response of the Town of Webster-Board of Selectmen (Board) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66 § 1O (b ); see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(2). Specifically, Ms. Arsenault requested a "copy of the minutes of the Board of Selectmen meeting held on August 8, 2016." Having not yet received a response from the Board, Ms. Arsenault petitioned this office. A member of my staffhas contacted your office regarding this matter. Subsequently, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed with the proviso that the City provides said response without delay to Ms. Arsenault .
