The Commonwealth of Massachusetts William Francis Galvin, Secretary of the Commonwealth Public Records Division Rebecca S. Murray Supervisor ofR ecords January 5, 2017 SPR17/019 Michael A. Goldsmith, Esq. Reynolds, Rappaport, Kaplan & Hacknew, LLC P.O. Box 2540 10 6 Cooke Street Edgartown, MA 02539 Dear Attorney Goldsmith: I have received the petition of Susan Lemoie-Zarba appealing the response of the Town of Oak Bluffs (Town) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66 § 1O (b ); see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(2). Specifically, Ms. Lemoie-Zarba requested records related to title inspection reports, invoices and billing records, and survey reports regarding a specifically identified property. A response, including responsive records, was provided to Ms. Lemoie-Zarba on December 19, 2016. Ms. Lemoie-Zarba appealed as she believes there are further responsive records that have not yet been provided. Subsequent to the intervention by a member of my staff, you agreed to provide Ms. Lemoie-Zarba with a supplemental response addressing her concerns. I will therefore consider this administrative appeal closed with the proviso that said response is provided without delay. This response should clarify whether there are any remaining records responsive to Ms. Lemoie Zarba's request. Ifthe Town intends to redact or withhold any records under the Public Records Law, it must explain, with spec~ficity, how a particular exemption applies to each record. A copy of any such response must be provided to this office. It is preferable to send an electronic copy of this response to this office at pre1'2Vsec.state.ma.us. Sincerely, Rebecca S.
