G. L. c. 66 § 1O (A); see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1 ). Specifically, on December 11, 2016 Mr. Shibley requested three (3) catagorites of records related to the murder investigation of a specifically identified State Trooper. Having not yet received a response, Mr. Shibley petitioned this office. Subsequent to the intervention by a member of my staff, this office was notified that the DAO intends to provide Mr. Shibley with a response. Accordingly, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed with the proviso that the DAO provide said response without delay. Mr. Shibley may appeal the substantive nature of the DAO's response within ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(2).
