Murray Supervisor ofR ecords January 10, 2017 SPR17/024 Lorraine Tarrow, Esq. Office of the Attorney General One Ashburton Place Boston, MA 021 08 Dear Attorney Tarrow: I have received the petition .of Colman Herman appealing the nonresponse of the Office of the Attorney General (Office) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66 § 10(b); see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(2). Specifically, Mr. Herman requested records submitted by a specifically identified law firm to the Office from November 8, 2016 to present. Having received no response, Mr. Herman petitioned this office. Subsequent to the intervention by a member of my staff, this office was notified that a response was provided, dated January 6, 2017. Whereas this matter was opened based upon the Office's failure to provide a written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Herman may appeal the substantive nature of the Office's response within ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(2). Very truly yours, Rebecca S.
