Howard Town Clerk/ Registrar Town ofRandolph 41 South Main Street Randolph, MA 02368 Dear Mr. Howard: I have received the petition of Stephen Rogers appealing the response ofthe Town of Randolph-Town Clerk's Office (Town) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66 § 10(A); see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Mr. Rogers requested a copy of"Any rule, regulation, town by-law, or letter of agreement or request between the Town of Randolph and National Amusement Inc, also known as: Showcase Cinema De Lux located at 73 Mazzeo Drive in Randolph concerning the town's police officers enforcing non-criminal parking violations on said privately own property." Having not yet received a response from the Town, Mr. Rogers petitioned this office. Subsequent to the intervention by a member of my staff, I learned that the Town has provided Mr. Rogers with a response sent via email on January 5, 2017. Whereas this matter was opened based upon that Town's failure to provide a written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed.
