G. L. c. 66 § 10(b); see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(2). On January 11, 2016, due to the intervention of an attorney on my staff in a telephone conversation with you, the Town provided Mr. Hodge with a reduction in the applicable fees to comply with his public records request for a certified copy of the Town's By-Laws. It is my understanding that the Town charged Mr. Hodge $28.85 and provided him with the records. Mr. Hodge informed this office on January 12 that he was satisfied with the Town's response, and wishes to withdraw any further action on his appeal.
