G. L. c. 66 § 1 OA; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Attorney Cellai requested copies of records from the Division pertaining to a client, Loan Science, LLC. Having not received a response, Attorney Cellai petitioned this office. · Subsequent to intervention by a member of my staff, I learned that the Division has provided Attorney Cellai with a response sent via email dated January 11, 2017. Whereas this matter was opened basis ofthe Division's failure to provide a written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Attorney Cellai may appeal the substantive nature of the Division's response within ninety (90) days. See C.M.R. 32.08(1).
