The Commonwealth of Massachusetts William Francis Galvin, Secretary of the Commonwealth Public Records Division Rebecca S. Murray Supervisor ofR ecords January 13, 2017 SPR17/072 James B. Lampke, Esq. Town Counsel Town of Hull 115 North Street, Suite 3 Hingham, M.A. . 02043 Dear Attorney Lampke: I have received the petition of Andrew Mcisaac appealing the response of the Town of Hull- Fire Depmiment (Department) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66 § 1O (A); see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1 ). Specifically, Mr. Mcisaac requested "all ambulance trip reports generated on October 31, 2016." Subsequent to the intervention by a member of my staff, I learned that the Department provided a response to Mr. Mcisaac via email dated January 13, 2017 in which it provided Mr. Mcisaac redacted copies of responsive records. Accordingly, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Mcisaac may appeal the substantive nature of the Department's response within ninety (90) days. See C.M.R. 32.08(1). Sincerely, ~c;!~ Supervisor ofRecords cc: Andrew Mcisaac One Ashburton Place, Room 1719, Boston, Massachusetts 02108 • (617) 727-2832• Fax: (617) 727-5914 sec.state.ma.us/pre • pre@sec.state.ma.us
