G. L. c. 66 § lOA; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Mr. Meija requested information about the division of working shifts. Having not received a response, Mr. Meija petitioned this office. Subsequent to intervention by a member of my staff, I learned that the Office has provided Mr. Meija with a response sent via email dated November 7, 2016. Whereas this matter was opened basis of the Office's failure to provide a written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed.
