Murray Supervisor of Records January 23, 2017 SPR17/086 Timothy Luff Office ofthe Superintendent Natick Public Schools 13 East Central Street Natick, MA 01760 Dear Mr. Luff: I have received the petition of John Spaulding appealing the nomesponse ofNatick Public Schools- Office of the Superintendent (School) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66 § 1O A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1 ). Specifically, Mr. Spaulding is appealing the lack of response by the School in conjunction with an earlier order issued by this office. Subsequent to the intervention by a member of my staff, this office was notified that a response was provided, dated January 12. Whereas this matter was opened based upon the School's failure to provide a written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Spaulding may appeal the substantive nature of the School's response within ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(2). Sincerely, Rebecca S.
