Office of the Attorney General One Ashburton Place Boston, MA 02108 Dear Attorney Tarrow: I have received the petition of Brian J. Cruise appealing the response of the Office of the Attorney General (Office) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66 § 10(b); see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(2). Specifically, Attorney Cruise requested records that were paid for but only received in part. Subsequent to the intervention by a member of my staff, I was informed that the Office plans to provide a supplemental response to attorney Cruise. I will now consider this administrative appeal closed with the proviso that the Office provides said response without delay to Attorney Cruise.
