Murray Supervisor ofR ecords January 20, 2017 SPR17/093 Ms. Sarah Gambrell Dear Ms. Gambrell: I have received your petition appealing the nonresponse of the Worcester County Sheriff's Office (Office) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66 § 10(b); see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1 ). Specifically, you requested five ( 5) categories of information pertaining to the "Worcester County Deputy Sheriff." Please be advised that your letter of appeal to this office was missing crucial parts. G.L. c. 66 § 1O (b ); see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1 )(g). A request for appeals to the Supervisor of Records shall include a complete copy of the letter by which the original request(s) was made, including in the case of electronic communications all header information indicating time, date, subject, sender and recipient email addresses; and a complete copy of all·written responses associated with requests subject to the petition for appeal, including in the case of electronic communications all header information indicating time, date, subject, [and] sender and recipient email addresses. As no such copy of the original request(s) was provided, nor the related correspondence from the Office, I am unable to assist you in this matter.
