Meyer 500 Colony Road ·Gardner, MA 01440 Dear Mr. Meyer; I have received the petition of Dwight Meyer appealing the nonresponse of the Falmouth Building Department (Department) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66 § 1O (b ); see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(2). Specifically, Mr. Meyer requested information pertaining to water damage at a specifically identified property between the dates of March 2011 through December 2016. Having received no response, Mr. Meyer petitioned this office. Subsequent to a telephone conversation with a member of my staff it was determined that the Department has not received any recent requests made by Mr. Meyer. Accordingly, I will consider this administrative appeal closed.
