G. L. c. 66 § 1O A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Ms. Evans requested seven (7) categories of records ofthe Superintendent of Schools. Previous appeals and determinations This request was the subject of previous appeals and multiple determinations. See SPR15/788 Determinations of the Supervisor of Records (December 21, 2015; March 30, 2016; June 3, 2016); SPR16/693 Determinations ofthe Supervisor of Records (September 16, 2016); SPR16/836 Determinations ofthe Supervisor of Records (October 21, 2016); SPR16/1108 Determinations ofthe Supervisor ofRecords (December 13, 2016). In the December 13 determination, the appeal was closed with the School ordered to provide Ms. Evans with a revised response. The Schools responded to this order in a letter dated December 19, 2016 in which it provided a revised fee estimate of one hundred and nine dollars and eighty-five cents ($1 09 .85) for provision of records responsive to category number three (3). Ms. Evans informed this office that she seeks further assistance from this office and this appeal (SPR17 /099) was opened as a result. Current appeal In her appeal petition dated January 21, 2017, Ms. Evans explains that there appears to be a discrepancy between the number of pages estimated for category number three (3). She further indicates that she is now only requesting an estimate for records responsive to category number (4). She makes it clear that she is not withdrawing her requests for the other sets of records altogether, but putting the request for the other six (6) sets on hold until she receives all records in category (4). She indicates that she emailed the Superintendent's Office on December 23, 2016 to request an explanation for the discrepancy between the number of pages quoted for category (3) as well as to request an estimate for records responsive to category (4 ), and has not yet received a response. As a result, this appeal was opened. Subsequent to the intervention by a member of my staff, you informed this office that you had not received Ms. Evans December 23,2016 request. You also explained that the discrepancy in the number of pages quoted for category (3) was due to removing duplicates of records that had previously been provided to Ms. Evans. Therefore, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed.
