Box 609 Warren, MA 01083-0609 Dear Ms. Acerra: I have received the petition of Brian Corriveau appealing the nonresponse of the Town of Warren (Town) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66 § lOA; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Mr. Corriveau requested "results for environmental samples, testing, and inspections most recently done on our historical town hall." Having received no response, Mr. Corriveau petitioned this office. Subsequent to the intervention by a member of my staff, this office was notified that a response was provided, dated January 12, 2017. Whereas this matter was opened based upon the Town's failure to provide a written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed.
