L. c. 66 § 1O (b ); see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(2). Specifically, you requested "Invoices, contracts, [and anything else relating] to basement door work most recently done to the [Warren] town hall." Having received no response, you filed an appeal with this office. Subsequent to a telephone conversation with a member of my staff it was determined that the Town has not received any recent requests made by Mr. Corriveau.
