Kreidler, Jr. Town of Townsend-Town Administrator 2 72 Main Street Townsend, MA 01469 Dear Mr. Kreidler: I have received the petition of Veronica Kells appealing the nomesponse of the Town of Townsend-Town Administrator (Town) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66 § 10(b); see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(2). Specifically, Ms. Kell requested executive session minutes dated May 10, 2016. Subsequent to the intervention by a member of my staff, I was informed that the Town · plans to provide the records to Ms. Kell. I will now consider this administrative appeal closed with the proviso that the Town provides said response without delay to Ms. Kell.
