Specifically, Mr. Szafranski requested all emails to or from a specified email address for a specific date range that included any of a list of specified search terms. Having received no response, Mr. Szafranski petitioned this office. Subsequent to a telephone conversation with a member of my staff, you explained that you did not receive Mr. Szafranski's January 9 request. You were subsequently provided with a copy of the file associated with this appeal, and explained that you would begin work on responding to this request. Accordingly, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Szafranski may appeal the substantive nature of the Department's response within ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
