The City confirmed receipt of the request on January 3, 2017. Having not heard from the City since January 3rd Mr. Quemere petitioned this office. Subsequent to the intervention by a member of my staff, the City confirmed it will be providing the responsive records. I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Quemere may appeal the substantive nature of the City's response within ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
