Walsh 1 City Hall Square, Suite 500 Boston, MA 02201 Dear Ms. Coulter: I have received the petition of Andrew Queme re, of Muckrock. com, appealing the response ofthe City of Boston (City) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66 § 1O (b ); see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(2). Sp~cifically, Mr. Quemere requested copies of emails associated with a specified domain name. The City confirmed receipt of the request on January 3, 2017. Having not heard from the City since January 3rd Mr. Quemere petitioned this office. Subsequent to the intervention by a member of my staff, the City confirmed it will be providing the responsive records. I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Quemere may appeal the substantive nature of the City's response within ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
