G. L. c. 66 § 10(b); see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(2). Specifically, on December 29, 2017 Mr. Quemere requested copies of records regarding a recently filled City position. On December 30, 2016, Mr. Quemere expanded his request to include all resumes submitted for the position. The City confirmed receipt of the request on December 29 and 30, 2016. Having not heard from the City since December 30th Mr. Quemere petitioned this office. Subsequent to the intervention by a member of my staff, the City confirmed it will be providing the responsive records on January 30, 2017. I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Quemere may appeal the substantive nature of the City's response within ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1 ).
