Oliver Director of Campus Communication Westfield State University 3 3 3 Western A venue Westfield, MA 01086 Dear Ms. Oliver: I have received the petition of Michelle Loub ert appealing the response of the Westfield State University (School) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66 § 1O (b ); see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(2). Specifically, Ms. Loubert requested records that were "in connection with a Whistleblower Complaint I filed". Subsequent to the intervention by a member of my staff, I was informed that the School had provided a response to Ms. Loubert dated February 2, 2017. I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Ms. Loubert may appeal the substantive nature of the Office's response within ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(2).
