Dear Mr. Cohen:

I have received the petition of Stanley Mazurczyk appealing the nonresponse of the Town of Chelmsford - Town Manager (Town) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66 § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1) Specifically, Mr. Mazurczyk requested records pertaining to “staffing/hiring records of... Assistant Town Manager and Assistant Town Clerk”.

Subsequent to the intervention by a member of my staff, I was informed that the Town provided the records dated December 16, 2016. I will now consider this administrative appeal

closed. Mr. Mazurezyk may appeal the substantive nature of the Town’s response within ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(2).
