Murray Supervisor ofR ecords February 10, 2017 SPR17/160 Mr. Paul Cohen Town Manager Town of Chelmsford 50 Billerica Road Chelmsford, MA O1 824 Dear Mr. Cohen: I have received the petition of Stanley Mazurczyk appealing the nonresponse of the Town of Chelmsford- Town Manager (Town) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66 § 1O (b ); see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(2). Specifically, Mr. Mazurczyk requested "The latest monthly report of Opt-outs and Drops pertaining to the Town's electricity aggregation agreement with Constellation." Having received no response, Mr. Mazurczyk petitioned this office. Subsequent to the intervention by a member of my staff, this office was notified that a response was provided, dated February 6, 2017. Whereas this matter was opened based upon the Town's failure to provide a written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Mazurczyk may appeal the substantive nature of the Town's response within ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(2).
