Legal Counsel Massachusetts State Police Crime Lab 124 Acton Street Maynard, MA O1 754 Dear Attorney Collins: I have received the petition of John Ljunggren appealing the nomesponse of the Department of State Police (Department) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66 § 1O A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1) Specifically, Mr. Ljunggren requested records pertaining to "Auburn Police Canine Unit, School Safety K-9 Initiative, and Auburn Police Department". Subsequent to the intervention by a member of my staff, I was informed that the Department provided a response dated February 10, 2017. I will now consider this administrative appeal closed.
