The Commonwealth of Massachusetts William Francis Galvin, Secretary of the Commonwealth Public Records Division Rebecca S. Murray Supervisor ofR ecords February 21, 2017 SPR17/176 Seth Kershner Dear Mr. Kershner: I have received your petition seeking reconsideration of my prior written determination pertaining to your request to the City of Chicopee - Law Department (City). See SPRl 6/730 Determination of the Supervisor of Records (September 27, 2016). Specifically, you requested seven (7) categories of records "concerning the Chicopee Police Special Review/ SWAT team." In my September 27, 2016 determination I found that the City has satisfied its burden of specificity with respect to the records it withheld. After another careful and thorough review of this matter, I respectfully decline to reverse my findings. If you are not satisfied with the resolution of this administrative appeal, please be advised that this office shares jurisdiction with the Superior Court of the Commonwealth. See G. L. c. 66, § lO(A). Sincerely, ~~ Rebecca S. Murray Supervisor of Records cc: Christine M. Pikula, Esq.
