G. L. c. 66 § lOA; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1) Specifically, Mr. Gallagher requested records pertaining to an identified individual "an appraiser, license number 013785 from 2001 to the present." Subsequent to the intervention by a member of my staff, I was informed that the Board, without delay, will be providing a response. I will now consider this administrative appeal closed.
