G. L. c. 66 § 1O (A); see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, William Abee, also of Harvard University Lm11 School Criminal Justice Institute requested "information concerning all internal affairs records" of two specifically identified MBTA Transit Police officials. Having not yet received a response, Ms. Haveric petitioned this office. Subsequent to the intervention by a member of my staff, this office was notified that the MBTA intends to provide Ms. Haveric with a response. Accordingly, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed with the proviso that the MBTA provide said response without delay. Ms. Haveric may appeal the substantive nature of the MBTA's response within ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
