G. L. c. 66 § lO(A); see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, on January 25, 2017, Mr. Gordon requested additional information concerning a previous inquiry for records. Claiming to have not yet received a response, Mr. Gordon petitioned this office. Subsequent to the intervention by a member of my staff, this office was notified that the Department intends to provide a response to Mr. Gordon. Accordingly, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed with the proviso that the Department provide said response without delay. Mr. Gordon may appeal the substantive nature of the Department's response within ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1 ).
