Murray Supervisor of Records February 24, 2017 SPR17/225 Judith Belliveau Assistant Superintendent Wellesley Public Schools 40 Kingsbury Street Wellesley, MA 02481 Dear Ms. Belliveau: I have received the petition of Dan Hedequist appealing the response of the town of Wellesley - Public Schools (Schools) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66 § lOA; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1) Specifically, Mr. Hedequist requested records pertaining to "the talent show at Fiske in April 2016." Subsequent to the intervention by a member of my staff, I was informed that the Schools provided a response dated February 23, 2017. I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Hedequist may appeal the substantive nature of the School's response within ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08.
