Murray Supervisor of Records March 07, 2017 SPR17/245 Paul Kawai City of Cambridge - Office of the City Solicitor 795 Massachusetts Ave. Cambridge, MA 02139 Dear Attorney Kawai: I have received the petition of John Hawkinson appealing the nonresponse of the City of Cambridge (City) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66 § 1O A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1 ). Specifically, Mr. Hawkinson requested records pertaining to an "inquiry" he had dated January 23, 2017. Subsequent to the intervention by a member of the Public Records Division staff, I was informed that the City provided a response on March 3, 2017. I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Hawkinson may appeal the substantive nature of the City's response within ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08. Sincerely, Rebecca S.
