Weinberger appealing the nonresponse of Bristol County Jail (Jail) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66 § 1O A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Attorney Weinberger requested several types ofrecords including written reports and video footage pertaining to an incident on or about October 10, 2016 concerning a specifically identified individual. Claiming to have not yet received any response from the Jail, Attorney Weinberger petitioned this office and this appeal was opened as a result. Subsequent to the intervention by a staff member of the Public Records Division, I learned that the Jail intends to provide a response. Accordingly, I will consider this administrative appeal closed with the proviso that the Jail provide said response without delay. It is preferable to send an electronic copy of this response to this office at ore@sec.state.ma.us.
