Murray Supervisor ofR ecords March 2, 201 7 SPR17/268 Ms. Vivian Leonard City of Boston - Human Resources 1 City Hall Square, Room 612 Boston, MA 02201 Dear Ms. Leonard: I have received the petition of Ms. Kara Larzelere, Esq, ofForbesGallagher the Gateway Center appealing the nonresponse of the City of Boston Human Resource Department (Department) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66 § lOA; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Ms. Larzelere requested copies of a certain insurance policy and a report regarding the same. Having not received a response to her request Attorney Larzelere appealed. Subsequent to the intervention by a member of the Public Records Division staff, this office was notified that a response was provided on March 1, 2017. Whereas this appeal was based on the Department's nonresponse, I will consider this administrative appeal closed. Attorney Larzelere may appeal the substantive nature of the Department's response within ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Sincerely, Rebecca S.
