Murray Supervisor ofR ecords March 08, 2017 SPR17/273 Paul Cohen Town of Chelmsford-Town Manager 50 Billerica Road Chelmsford, MA O1 824 Dear Mr. Cohen: I have received the petition of Stanley Mazurczyk appealing the nomesponse of the Town of Chelmsford (Town) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66 § 1 OA; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Mr. Mazurczyk requested records pertaining to the "Town's December 16, 2016 response." Initially on December 16, 2016, the Town made a response by email to Mr. Mazurczyk. Contending that the Town did not make such a response, Mr. Mazurczyk petitioned this office. According to our records, Town Manager, Paul Cohen informed this office on February 3, 2017 that the Town did provide a response to Mr. Mazurczyk dated December16, 2016. I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Mazurczyk may appeal the substantive nature of the Town's response within ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08. Sincerely, Rebecca S.
