G. L. c. 66 § 10(b); see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, you are appealing the fee estimate issued to you by the District. Please be advised that your letter of appeal to this office was missing crucial parts. G.L. c. 66 § IO(b); see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1)(g). Please be advised that a request for appeals to the Supervisor of Records shall include a complete copy of the letter by which the request was made, including in the case of electronic communications all header information indicating time, date, subject, sender and recipient email addresses; and a complete copy of all written responses associated with requests subject to the petition for appeal, including in the case of electronic communications all header information indicating time, date, subject, [and] sender and recipient email addresses. Please note that you did not include the original requests made to the District. As no such copies were provided, I am unable to assist you in this matter.
