The Commonwealth of Massachusetts William Francis Galvin, Secretary of the Commonwealth Public Records Division Rebecca S. Murray Supervisor ofR ecords March 7, 2017 SPR17/282 Chris Irwin Middlesex District Attorney's Office 15 Commonwealth A venue Woburn, MA 01801 Dear Ms. Irwin: I have received the petition of Julian Castle Logan appealing the nonresponse of the Middlesex County District Attorney's Office (Office) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66 § lOA; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Mr. Logan requested "any and all such Certificates of Compliances filed in the above entitled matter pretrial." Claiming to have not yet received any response from the Office, Mr. Logan petitioned this office and this appeal was opened as a result. Subsequent to the intervention by a staff member of the Public Records Division, I learned that the Office provided a response dated March 1, 2017. Whereas the basis of this appeal was opened as the result of the Office's failure to provide a written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Logan may appeal the substantive nature of the Office's response within ninety (90) days. See C.M.R. 32.08(1). Sincerely, Rebecca S.
