Pagan Dear Mr. Pagan: I have received your petition appealing the response of the Office of the District Attorney- Hampden County (Office) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66 § 1O (b ); see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, you are appealing the response issued to you by the Office, dated January 17, 2017. Please be advised that your letter of appeal to this office was missing crucial parts. G.L. c. 66 § 1O (b ); see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1 )(g). Please be advised that a request for appeals to th.e Supervisor of Records shall include a complete copy of the letter by which the request was made, including in the case of electronic communications all header information indicating time, date, subject, sender and recipient email addresses; and a complete copy of all written responses associated with requests subject to the petition for appeal, including in the case of electronic communications all header information indicating time, date, subject, [a nd] sender and recipient email addresses. Please note that you also did not include a copy of your original request for records made to the Office. See id. As no such copy was provided, I am unable to assist you in this matter.
