Sheehan Westminster Town Clerk 11 South Street Westminster, MA 01473 Dear Ms. Sheehan: I have received the petition of Michael Dreslinski appealing the nomesponse of the Westminster Town Clerk's Office (Town) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66 § lO(A); see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1 ). Specifically, on February 8, 2017 Mr. Dreslinski requested correspondence/ communications dating from January 1, 2004- January 1, 2009 in regards to Pan Am Railways and associated company. Claiming to have not yet received a response, Mr. Dreslinski petitioned this officy. Subsequent to the intervention by a staff member of the Public Records Division, I learned that the Town provided a response dated February 21, 2017. Whereas this appeal was opened on the basis of the Town's lack of a written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Dreslinski may appeal the substantive nature of the Town's response within ninety (90) days. See C.M.R. 32.08(1). Sincerely, mtuua;/· Rebecca S.
