G. L. c. 66 § 1O A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Ms. Gardner requested a copy of the "January 2017 Appropriation Reports." Ms. Gardner is appealing the substantive nature of the Committee's February 14, 2017 response. In their February 2017 response, the Committee responded to Ms. Gardner's request by stating, "There was no appropriation report generated in January due to a software change." Subsequent to the intervention by a member of the Public Records Division staff, the Committee agreed to issue Ms. Gardner a supplemental response to her request. The Committee will include additional information explaining why they do not possess "January 2017 Appropriation Reports." I will now consider this administrative appeal closed with the proviso that the Committee issues Ms. Gardner a supplemental response to her request without delay. Ms. Gardner may appeal the substantive nature of the Committee's response within ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
