Kreidler Town of Townsend - Town Administrator 272 Main Street Townsend, MA 01469 Dear Mr. Kreidler: I have received the petition of Linda Johansen appealing the nomesponse of the Town of Townsend (Town) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66 § 1O A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Ms. Johansen requested records pertaining to an "incident (occurring) in June 2016". Subsequent to the intervention by a member of the Public Records Division staff, I was informed that the Town provided a response on March 16, 2017. I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Ms. Johansen may appeal the substantive nature of the Town's response within ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08. Sincerely, Rebecca S.
