G. L. c. 66 § lOA; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Mr. Ho bill requested documents relating to "Bourne Department of Public Works Policy PW-2015-02 also knows as the DPW Curbside Collection Policy." Having not yet received a response, Mr. Hobill petitioned this office. Subsequent to intervention by a staff member of Public Records Division, I learned that the Town plans to provide Mr. Ho bill a response to his request. Accordingly, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed with the proviso that the Town provide said response to Mr. Ames, provided in accordance with the Public Records Law and its Regulations. A copy of any such response must be provided to this office. It is preferable to send an electronic copy of this response to this office at pre@sec.state.ma.us.
