Ferry appealing the nonresponse of the City of Fall River (City) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66 § lOA; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Mr. Ferry requested all reports, records and communications between the City of Fall River Licensing Board and a specifically identified person. Having received no response, Mr. Ferry petitioned this office. Subsequent to the intervention by a member of the Public Records Division staff, this office was notified that a response was provided, dated March 27, 2017. Whereas this matter was opened based upon the City's failure to provide a written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed.
