Ward Town of Ashland -Town Clerk 101 Main Street Ashland, MA O1 721 Dear Ms. Ward: I have received the petition of Stephen Morgan appealing the response of the Town of Ashland (Town) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66 § lOA; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Mr. Morgan requested records pertaining to the Town Manager's contract. Subsequent to the intervention by a member of the Public Records Division staff, I was informed that the Town will provide a supplemental response to Mr. Morgan without delay. I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Morgan may appeal the substantive nature of the Town's response within ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08. Sincerely, Rebecca S.
