G. L. c. 66 § 1O A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Ms. Kell requested "a copy of the approved minutes of the executive session held during the Board of Selectmen' s meeting on May 10, 2016." Claiming to not yet have received a response, Ms. Kell petitioned this office and this appeal was opened as a result. Subsequent to intervention by a staff member of the Public Records Division, I learned that a representative from the Town contacted Ms. Kell via email on March 23, 2017 and provided a response which contained the responsive records. Accordingly, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Ms. Kell may appeal the substantive nature of the Town's response within ninety (90) days.
