G. L. c. 66 § 1O A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Mr. Mcsweeney requested a number ofrecords pertaining to the Chesterfield School Committee. Initially, you provided a response dated March 16th that contained a fee estimate totaling $250 for responsive records. Objecting to this fee estimate, Mr. Sweeney petitioned this office. Subsequent to the intervention by a member of the Public Records Division staff, I was informed that Attorney Fred Dupere, on behalf of the School, will be providing a supplemental response to Mr. McSweeney. With the proviso that the School will provide a revised response to Mr. McSweeney without delay, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. McSweeney may appeal the substantive nature of the School's response within ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08. Sincerely, Rebecca S.
