Petrillo, Esq., of Greenbaum, Nagel, Fisher and Paliotti, LLP, on behalf of her client, Susan Rufo, appealing the response of the City of Boston Planning and Development Agency (BPDA) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66 § 1O A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Ms. Rufo requested copies ofrecords related to three (3) specified parcels of land located in the Ward 22 Allston/Brighton neighborhood district. In a written response dated March 13, 2017, the BPDA provided a fee estimate for the provision of records responsive to the request. On March 24, 2017, Attorney Petrillo submitted her petition appealing BPDA's January 13th fee estimate. Subsequent to the intervention by an attorney on the Public Records Division staff, on March 29, 2017 the BPDA provided Attorney Petrillo with a supplemental response which explained the BPDA is waiving all fees associated with the request. BPDA will begin reviewing the responsive records and inform Attorney Petrillo when they are ready for release.
