Petrillo, Esq., of Greenbaum, Nagel, Fisher and Paliotti, LLP appealing the nomesponse of the City of Boston Inspectional Services Department (Department) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66 § lOA; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Attorney Petrillo requested copies ofrecords related to three (3) specified parcels of land located in the Ward 22 Allston/Brighton neighborhood district. Having not received a written response to this request, Attorney Petrillo appealed. On March 24, 2017, Attorney Shawn Williams, Records Access Officer for the City of Boston, confirmed to a member of the Public Records Division staff that the Department is in the process of providing Attorney Petrillo with a response to the request. Whereas this appeal was based on the Department's nomesponse, I will consider this administrative appeal closed with the proviso that the Department provides said response without delay. Attorney Petrillo may appeal the substantive nature of the Department's response within ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
