G. L. c. 66 § 1O A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Mr. Corriveau requested two (2) different categories ofrecords concerning renovations to Town Hall from two (2) separate departments within the Town of Warren. Claiming to not yet have received a response, Mr. Corriveau petitioned this office and two (2) appeals were opened as a result. Subsequent to intervention by a staff member of the Public Records Division, I learned that a representative from the Town, acting as liaison for the different departments within the Town provided Mr. Corriveau with a response for both of these inquiries dated February 3, 2017. In their response, the Town provided Mr. Corriveau with a fee estimate of $27.00. To date, the Town claims that Mr. Corriveau has not yet paid the fee to attain the records. Nonetheless, I find that the Town satisfied the obligation of providing Mr. Corriveau with a satisfactory response. Accordingly, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Corriveau may appeal the substantive nature of the Town's response within ninety (90) days. See C.M.R. 32.08(2).
