Murray Supervisor ofR ecords April 4, 201 7 SPR17/400 Myrna Solod Clerk of the Commission Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination One Ashburton Place, Rm 601 Boston, MA 02108 Dear Ms. Solod: I have received the petition of Aliana Brodmann E. von Richthofen appealing the nonresponse of the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination (Commission) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66 § lOA; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Ms. von Richthofen requested records pertaining to "the two matters ... regarding a potential case." Subsequent to the intervention by a member of the Public Records Division staff, I was informed that the Commission provided a response to Ms. von Richthofen on April 4, 2017. I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Ms. von Richthofen may appeal the substantive nature of the Commission's response within ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08.
